With the launch of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite processor, several smartphone brands have announced their upcoming flagship devices—and OnePlus is no exception. The highly anticipated OnePlus 15 5G is expected to make its debut in China in October 2025, although the global launch is likely to follow in January 2026, based on past trends.

🔍 Design & Display

Leaked renders of the OnePlus 15 suggest a significant design shift. Instead of the signature circular camera module, the phone may now feature a rectangular camera island, similar to the OnePlus 13R, a design that was well-received by users. OnePlus is also rumoured to introduce a customizable function button for added user control.

On the front, the OnePlus 15 is expected to boast a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED flat display with curved edges and ultra-slim 1.15mm bezels. The display could support a 165Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution, delivering a smoother and sharper viewing experience.

Under the hood, the phone is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite processor, promising significant performance and AI enhancements. It could offer up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

The device is expected to ship with OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16, introducing fresh UI changes and intelligent features.

💰 Expected Price in India

While the official price is yet to be announced, based on previous flagship launches, the OnePlus 15 5G could be priced around ₹70,000 in India. No price hike has been reported so far, keeping it in line with the OnePlus 13 series.
